The Concierge Program Provides Premier Care and Clinical Coordination to Support Your Patients
The program ensures that EmblemHealth patients requiring surgery will be treated by high quality in-network surgeons with extensive experience with total joint replacement surgeries. EmblemHealth primary care providers will have access to direct communication with our clinical staff and orthopedic surgeons.
The Concierge program allows access to expedited appointment scheduling with an in-network surgeon, and guides patients throughout their surgical journey beginning at the point of referral all the way through post-operative care.
